1 sweet potato,
  1 / 2 cup dry coconut,
  1 / 2 cup flour,
  2 / 3 cup water,
3 tbsps sugar,
1 tbsp vanilla,
1 dash nutmeg

Get coconut and potatoes

If you do not have a dry coconut you can use coconut milk from the can as a substitute. Bust open the coconut and peel the potato.

Mix ingredients

Combine the dry ingredients: flour, nutmeg and baking powder. Add vanilla to grated potatoes. Add water washing grater with 1/3 cup water. Make coconut milk by combining 1/3 cup water with coconut trash.

Bake for 2 hours

Top the cake with the slush coconut milk mixture. Bake for 2 hours checking at 1.5 hours to put more coconut mixture on top.
