In the blender combine 1/2 cup of water with all the pieces and liquify. The easiest way is to pulse for 30 seconds and break for another 3o for 5 or so cycles until you don’t see any large pieces in the blend jar.
Use a fine mesh strainer and separate any remaining pulp. Using your hands, squeeze out as much moisture as your can. You should only remain with a small amount of pulp in the middle of your hand, and 3/4 cup of coconut cream.
