4 sour oranges,
1 lime,
  1 / 2 tbsp grated ginger,
1 cup sugar,
2 dashes Angostora bitters (optional)

Squeeze em’

Squeeze oranges and limes. Strain the seeds and pulp. Getting only the juice, combine into sugar and grated ginger.

Mix well or blend until a syrupy consistency. You can freeze for later. This makes 2 quarts of suga an’ wata.
