3 bananas ,
1 & 1 / 2 cups flour,
1 cup brown sugar,
1 tbsp vanilla,
1 tsp nutmeg,
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp baking powder,
  1 / 2 cup pecans

Mash it up!

Crush ripe bananas with sugar vanilla and nutmeg.  Best until lumps of banana are tiny.  Keep as lumpy as you like, its kinda nice with little bits on banana in there when baked.

Mix and bake

Combine both wet and dry mixture. This final mixture can fit into an 8 inch bread pan. Or a dozen muffins.  This step you can add in walnuts, pecans and decorate the top with brown sugar crystal like I did.
