Ingredients:
Mix flour, salt, baking powder in a bowl until fully combined. Slowly add water. Knead for 3-5 minutes folding the dough over unto itself and pushing flat and repeat until the dough is firm and fully combined. You want a hard shaggy dough to begin with and then refine that into a smooth surface.
Pull off piece of dough around golf ball or 2 inch sized. Roll in between your hands and form tight ball. Gently dimple two sides but do not flatten.
In a frying pan on low heat, (280 degrees) fry the dumpling for 5 mins uncovered turning once golden brown. Cover for 5 minutes In extremely low heat when turning the last time and cover to let steam the inside.
