Equipment needed:


1 small shredded cabbage,
1 medium carrot ,
2 tbsps mayonnaise ,
  1 / 2 tsp white sugar

Shred cabbage using flat side of grater. Using the large hole side, shred carrot.

Step 2 link

Mix all ingredients and set in a covered bowl. For best results add a teaspoon or sugar to really set in the flavor. 

Step 3 link

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the mayonaise to mix with the sugar and soften the cabbage and carrots a little. This cool cole slaw is perfect to have with some rice and peas and stew chicken.
